Flow control via shut-off valve with electric

 Cell-plunger valves KMRO can not only regulate, but also to quickly open and close the pipeline with sealed, appropriate isolation valve.

To control the regulative valve KMRO commonly used control scheme, which includes the positioner and solenoid valve.

Tightness class regulating valves "B" in accordance with GOST 9544-93, there are versions with tightness class "A".

The valves are manufactured with a diameter Dy 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 mm nominal

pressure 1.6; 2.5; 4,0; 6,3; 10.0; 16.0 MPa, and may have a throughput of 0,006 to 400.

Rapid opening or closing of the valve is provided by a solenoid valve . Close Time (opening) is set from 5 to 8 seconds. (8-12 sec.).

May decrease the response time valve to 1-2 seconds.

On the basis of a series of valves KMR made a number of special versions of valves, including:

 

  • high-temperature valves with regulated temperature to 320 ° C, 450 ° C, 500 ° C, 550 ° C, 600 ° C, 650 ° C;

  • cryogenic valves controlled environment with a temperature -90 ° C, -200 ° C;

  • valves with great performance to the nominal bore of 200 mm and 250 mm nominal pressure up to 4.0 MPa

  • maximum bandwidth of up to 630;

  • valves for contaminated environments.

 

 

  • The design of valves KMR designed for dirty and viscous media provides for the regulation at the expense of the profiled plunger.

  • In the flow path there are no dead zones and significantly reduced

  • the probability of jamming or seizing of the valve due to various mechanical impurities in the medium.

  • • valves for steam, including acute steam, high pressure steam, superheated steam, etc.

  • "Steam" valves are made of structures, materials, seals which reduce the likelihood of jamming or sticking valve.

 

Manufacturing and order of these valves is carried out in consultation with the customer-specific process parameters including standard ANSI.
